1. Service description
Jedal Tech is an online platform that lets businesses create AI customer-service agents and connect them to channels such as WhatsApp Business through authorized Meta integrations.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the service in compliance with applicable law and Meta/WhatsApp policies.
- Not send spam, illegal, misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Obtain required consents from end customers when the law requires it.
- Connect only WhatsApp Business accounts you own or are authorized to use.
4. WhatsApp and Meta integration
Use of WhatsApp through Jedal Tech depends on Meta APIs and policies. You agree to comply with WhatsApp Business Terms and applicable Meta policies. Jedal Tech is not responsible for changes, suspensions or limits imposed by Meta.
5. Business content and data
You retain ownership of content you upload (business information, messages, etc.) and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
6. Artificial intelligence
Agent replies are automated and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing agent configuration and use of the service in your business. We recommend human oversight when appropriate.
7. Fees
Some features may be free or paid as indicated on the platform. WhatsApp messaging costs charged by Meta are separate and borne by the connected business.
8. Availability
We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates or suspend access for violations of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jedal Tech is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or interruptions arising from use of the service or third parties (including Meta).
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data under our data deletion policy.
11. Modifications
We may update these terms. The current version will be published at this URL. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
